What are some of the things and changes y'all notice as you lose weight?

I've noticed I have no more red lines on my belly from where the fatty used to fold, I can run across my collar bones and hip bones, in that location'due south a gap between my legs when I walk, and I don't sweat as much.

I too have a freckle which has moved round my arm! used to exist sort of on the side now its in the middle.

yup the gap thing happened to me and my thighs stopped rubbing together. uh well I get different attention, not actually all the adept attention. I can at present walk without worrying near distance. I feel smaller compared to my guy friends. I can hop on my right leg which I couldn't do earlier. I beloved my collar bone and my thin shoulders. I like to feel my ribs instead of digging through fat to reach them.

I can bend over and tie my shoes--no more looking for a place to sit down or something to prop my pes upwardly on to make it easy to attain them. I can effortlessly tackle several flights of stairs. I can see veins in my forearms popping out that I oasis't seen since my college days.

I have a closet total of clothes that make me look like a kid playing dress up in his dad's closet. Which brings me to the side by side matter--I can go into a clothing store and cull from many different styles of clothes, and Non be express to the scant offerings in the big & tall department.

Comfortable at this size/weight (I actually don't desire to buy size 0 jeans).

It'due south not most "weight" or the number on the scale. It's about lean muscle mass and body fat per centum.
At 125 I was a size viii (later I lost 100+ pounds over 1.5 years).
At 135 I was a size six (maintained for several years) and over 28% torso fatty. I had 97 pounds of lean muscle mass and felt skinny fat.
Now at 140 I am a size 2 and have the smallest measurements I've ever had since I started taking them around the historic period of 18. I'm at 25% body fat and 107 pounds of lean musculus mass!! I'm no She-Blob, either.

My arms feel different- not certain how to draw it. Maybe they're more toned so there's less flab to run against my trunk? They don't wait significantly different, merely I estimate I'll find out when I do my measurements over again at the end of the month.

I can vesture tall boots, again. My ankles are actually a lot daintier than I thought they could be. I can run into the bones and veins working in my hands. Nigh of my wearing apparel are a little less snug.

The weight in my hands was some of the first to go, so I was constantly afraid that my wedding ring would slide off my when I wasn't paying attention (information technology came close a few times). I merely had it re-sized a couple of weeks ago. Smile

I have definition in my arms more than I did when I did swim team and water polo dorsum in high school. The flab between my boob and armpit (you know what I am talking about) is almost nonexistant! I can come across some definition on my stomach and went from a size 12 to a size 8 (sometimes vi) in jeans.

What amazed me virtually is how much free energy I had after I lost the outset x lbs. and increased my exercise. Just that small amount and I felt like a whole new person.

So far the downfall is I'm cold all the time without my extra flab. Hopefully it'll work to my advantage when summer hits.

And go for a ride in the car and non look at every fast food or restaurant sign and wonder if I am hungry and need to end there. I swear on my last vacation to Mo. I memorized every food sign between hither and home, not the attractions! Oh yep and I have this little knobby bone on my foot, someone called information technology an ankle bone, looks weird!
